Terms of Service

Lunarcore Studios OS is operated by Lunarcore Studios OPC ("Lunarcore", "we"). These terms apply to everyone who uses it: our team, the freelancers we work with, and clients who open an offer, contract, client page or project portal link we send. By using it, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

• Team accounts are given by Lunarcore. Keep your password to yourself and tell us right away if you think someone else used your account.
• Each person sees only what their role allows. We can change or remove access at any time, for example when someone leaves the team.
• Links we send to clients and freelancers are private to you. Do not share them; we may replace or expire a link to protect your data.

You agree not to:

• try to see or change data your role or link does not give you;
• upload anything unlawful, harmful or that you have no right to share, or any malicious file;
• record a meeting without everyone in it knowing it is recorded;
• overload, copy or reverse-engineer the system, or use it for anything other than working with Lunarcore.

• An offer is valid until the date shown on it. Prices are in Philippine pesos and show whether VAT is included.
• Accepting an offer or signing a contract by typing your name online is a binding acceptance, recorded with the date and time.
• Each project is governed by its signed contract. If the contract and these terms differ, the contract wins.
• Payments count once Lunarcore confirms them. Official receipts are issued according to tax rules.

Files, messages and feedback you share stay yours. You allow Lunarcore to store and use them to deliver your project and run our work with you. Ownership and use of the photos, videos and designs we produce follow your contract.

• The AI assistant, meeting summaries and suggested steps can be wrong. They are drafts: check them before relying on them or sending them.
• The assistant changes nothing in a project until a person confirms it, and it only reaches what that person can already see.
• Meeting recordings are kept for the room's members; audio is deleted after 30 days.

Some features use other services, such as Google (meeting links), Telegram (alerts), email and text message providers, GoHighLevel and Meta. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for their downtime or changes.

We work to keep the system available and secure, but it may sometimes be offline for maintenance or problems outside our control. We may improve, change or remove features. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

To the extent the law allows, Lunarcore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the system, such as lost profits or lost data caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Philippine law, including as a consumer.
